IMAST is looking for technical project manager profile with the role to coordinate and manage several individual projects that will be established by IMAST as part of the IMAST PoC program. The ideal candidate is a motivated young professional with technical expertise in the field of materials, competence and hands-on experience on all the aspects related to business acceleration and with proven experience in the area of technical project management.

Job Responsibilities
\r\nProject management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope. In detail
\r\n- \r\n
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects \r\n
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget \r\n
- Developing together with the project team, project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility \r\n
- Ensure resource availability and allocation \r\n
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress \r\n
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs \r\n
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques \r\n
- Report and escalate to management as needed \r\n
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders \r\n
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks \r\n
- Support each project team to establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors \r\n
- Support each project team in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation \r\n
Requirements
\r\n- \r\n
- The ideal candidate should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis \r\n
- \r\n
- A PhD or a master degree in the fields of engineering preferably with specialization in materials \r\n
- Proven working experience as a project administrator \r\n
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in materials \r\n
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills \r\n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \r\n
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills \r\n
- Strong working knowledge of English \r\n
- PMI certification is a plus \r\n
Location
\r\nNaples, Milan. Candidate must be based in Naples for 60% of the time .
\r\nStart date
\r\nStarting from 1 Jan 2017 until February 2018 or when the position has been filled.

\r\nCompensation will commensurate with experience.
