PLACEMENT OF TRAINEES

Over the last few years, the District has coordinated 11 on-the-job training courses, which have trained a total of 105 researchers and experts in composite materials technologies.


The on-the-job training method facilitates the acquaintance between companies and beneficiaries of the training courses and favours the permanence of the trainees, at the end of the courses, in the companies that hosted them and in positions consistent with the professional profiles acquired.


IMAST has taken care of the placement activities of the trainees with specific initiatives, such as the Speed Professional Networking that has allowed the direct meeting between the beneficiaries of the training and companies interested in their profiles.
The 12-month employment rate generated by the last 6 training courses (PON02) was 92%.
